The fundraising committee is organizing a Summer Raffle. Tickets are $25 and only 100 tickets will be sold. The prize is $500 cash, which will hopefully raise $2000 for the church!
The drawing will be at the end of services on Sunday June 28th. Tickets will go on sale starting this Sunday. Tickets will be sold until we’re sold out or until the drawing date and time.
We not only encourage you to buy a raffle ticket but to also sell raffle tickets. The more sellers we have, the faster we sell all the tickets. Sellers may pick up tickets from Sandy, Kayla, or Emily, starting this Sunday.
Sellers may take tickets in groups of 5 to sell to family, friends, neighbors, coworkers and others. All sales are cash or check made payable to UU Church in Meriden, memo: Summer Raffle 2026. Everyone who takes tickets to sell will receive printed instructions on how to sell tickets.
