Our experience of the world is structured by CONCEPTS. Many of these concepts are blends, formed by combining two distinct other concepts. These blends are an intrinsic part of the way we think, and our capacity to make them is a tremendous mental and even spiritual asset. But not always. Some of these blends can become hostile, either to ourselves or others. Join us as Chris Bolster presents some of his recently completed doctoral dissertation and applies his research to social justice and some of the concerns of our congregation.
Elaine Donovan will host Coffee Hour, and Chris Harrington and Liz Hall will serve as greeters.
